Our Doctors

Dr. Rosemary Botelho

Dr. Rosemary Botelho

Dr. Botelho is a lifelong resident of the South Shore, having grown up in East Bridgewater. She obtained her undergraduate degree in Zoology and Psychology at The University of New Hampshire and went on to complete the 4 year doctorate in veterinary medicine program at Tufts Veterinary School with plans of becoming an animal behaviorist. A year after graduating, she had the opportunity to join Dr. Brown at his very small primary care clinic in Bridgewater, next door to her beloved hometown, and has never looked back. Dr. Botelho has been building bonds with her neighbors and their furry friends for over two decades and has enjoyed the relationship-building that a general/primary care practice allows. She loves dogs and has a special place in her heart for cats and senior pets. In her downtime you are most likely to find her with a cat on her lap, her anxious dog by her side, an iced latte in one hand and a good book in the other.

Dr. Maria Tehrany

Dr. Maria Tehrany

Dr. Maria Tehrany earned both a Masters Degree in Wildlife & Fisheries Management and a Doctorate in Veterinary Medicine from Texas A&M University. Specializing in small animal medicine, she brings special focus to the nutritional needs & overall well-being of all her animal patients. She currently lives on the south shore where she enjoys spending time with family, skiing with her children, and mountain biking with her husband.

Dr. Pamela Martin

Dr. Pamela Martin

Dr. Pamela Martin obtained her Doctor of Veterinary Medicine Degree from Iowa State University, graduating in 2003. Since that time she has been practicing solely in Massachusetts, with the majority being spent at veterinary clinics and hospitals on the South Shore. She joined the BVC family in June of 2025. Her clinical interests focus on general veterinary medicine of dogs and cats. When not at work, she enjoys experimenting in the kitchen, gardening, travel and spending time with her family and pets.
